Backgrounds:
Can be used for anything non-commercial as long as credit is given.
I may allow some commercial use but that'd have to be on a case by case basis, so ask me first
Landscapes:
Cannot be used at all without asking permission first. (Some I'll almost always say yes, some I'll always say no)
The difference between the two:
Landscape are specific/solid places and include solid objects. Backgrounds are just a bunch of semi-neat effects
The reason why there's a difference in my policies is that landscapes tend to be specific places that I use/may use in my stories such as Icala. So I consider them mine. Whereas backgrounds aren't anything specific and I don't mind if you use them.
Requests:
If you requested it, you can use it non-commercially. Otherwise, ask me.
